Currently serving as Executive Sushi Chef at THE NIWAKI restaurant, his global career spanning London, Riyadh, Saint Barth, and Monaco establishes him as a recognized authority in the field. 🌍

Hailing from Tokyo, Yuko Perez honed her skills under legendary Japanese masters, including her uncle Master Sushi Hiroshi from Tokyo, achieving the prestigious title of Sushi Shokunin (Sushi Master). Since 2006, she has worked alongside celebrated chefs and established her own culinary academy in 2019 to share the authentic Japanese gastronomic tradition.
