The European Sushi Championship, the brainchild of Julien Panet, is back for its 2nd edition. Formerly a partner, Sushi Robots is now the organiser of this exceptional event, which brings together the best European sushi masters.
The event showcases Asian culinary art and celebrates excellence in the preparation of sushi.
remember 2025
The third European Sushi Championship took place in Porto, at Quinta do Jordão, on Tuesday 28 October 2025. In an atmosphere marked by precision and passion, the continent’s best sushi chefs competed in several demanding challenges, demonstrating both their technical mastery and creativity.
Cristina Sombray, representing Spain, won the title, becoming the first female European Sushi Champion.
