The very first European Sushi Championships took place in Monaco on Monday 27 March 2023. At the heart of a thrilling day of competition, the sushi chefs faced off in two events, alternating between technique and creativity.
At the end of the day, Michaël Pankar was declared the winner, becoming the 2023 European Sushi Champion.
