🎏 Piotr @sushhichef_kuc.piotr had the chance to follow a training course in Tsuruoka City Japan, UNESCO City of Gastronomy, with the renowned chef Suda @takeshi.suda to deepen his knowledge of the Japanese cuisine and its culture, including the introduction to the Fugu (puffer fish) knife skills. Piotr was officially received at the mayor’s office to start the training and it was widely reported throughout the region and beyond.

It was the first time for the City to work with the European Sushi Championship and to welcome an European chef. This training course was offered by Sushi Robots @sushi_robots and organised by Keikaku travel agency @keikaku.japon
